Reception & Clinic Manager
Kaine has been a chiropractor for over 12 years. He first studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science prior to moving to Sydney to study a Batchelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters in Chiropractic.
While at university he worked for 4 years as a massage therapist, working in a clinic and for the Sydney Kings basketball team. He also worked as a personal trainer for 4 years and still has a keen interest in the treatment of sports injuries.
His Chiropractic work has included working with Chirosports in Sydney to working with the International Institute of Chiropractic in Lima Peru.
Kaine travelled to the Beijing Olympic Games in a work capacity, his skills were utilised by a Canadian athlete during the preparation phase and post competition.
The chiropractic techniques Kaine utilises involve Diversified, Activator, some Gonstead and TPT (drop piece). He has also studied Acupuncture and commonly utilises this along with massage to alleviate muscle tension and pain.
He also believes strongly in the rehabilitation of weakened or injured joints with strengthening and stabilisation. This has shown to give longer lasting results and less chance of the joint being reinjured.
